To all our patients,
During the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, your safety and the safety of our staff is our primary concern.
As a dental practice, we always operate with the highest level of cross infection control and cleanliness. All our treatment rooms are wiped down and sanitised between each patient as standard procedure. Along with taking official advice, we are also putting additional measures in place to help fight the spread of the virus.
Each patient now has access to hand disinfectant gel and we have increased our cleaning and disinfecting of communal areas and regular touched areas.
We will be restricting the dental procedures we can provide in order to protect our patients and staff.
With this in mind, we have decided it is in the best interests of our patients, colleagues, and clinicians to stop all non-emergency treatment and stop all procedures that are aerosol-generating while we go through the current phase of the Covid-19 outbreak.
Protecting the health and safety of our people and our patients and continuing to provide care is our highest priority. We are remaining open and carrying out services for patients recommend by implementing the extra health and safety measures that have been put in place.
There is no indication in the guidelines as to how long we should expect this situation to continue but we will provide you with further updates as soon as we have further information.
