You will begin in consultation with your dentist, at which point you can ask them about Smilelign and its potential benefits.
The dentist will take an impression of your teeth and discuss with you whether Smilelign is the right option for you. The impression is painless and will only take a couple of minutes.
If Smilelign is a good fit for your needs, the dentist will begin working with you on a bespoke treatment plan.
A pre-aligner (a passive brace) will be sent to our offices for you, where you can test how the braces feel and would work for you before you commit to wearing them.
If you’re happy with how braces would feel and would like to go ahead, the dentist will then order a custom-made set of Smilelign aligners for your treatment.
You’ll wear your aligners for most of the day to gradually move your teeth into the position – for the smile you want to see in the mirror.
